As a retired RN & have high expectations fm the providers I see. Esra was a referral fm a nurse colleague 10 yrs. ago. I followed her to new practice when she changed despite having to drive 23 miles one way. Smart, thorough, no problem explaining why when you inquire. Always educating @ every visit. Don’t tolerate mediocre care. All staff I’ve encountered @ this practice have been highly professional.

Always good to see Esra and her team. They are ready for all patients and welcoming. In her office, l know I matter as human, am cared for and listened to. Something that I haven’t experienced with previous providers.
When my Medicare PCP retired, he recommended Dr Vandana Palagiri as his replacement. I respect his opinion a great deal, so I now go to the Landsdown office of Virginia Premium Medical Care. My experience there has been good. Personalble, professional, reliable care is what I have received. A great staff, all around. And a convenient location. VPMC, Dr.Palagiri and her staff are simply amazing. The staff is always very considerate and professional. Dr. Palagiri is attentive, caring and very in tune with her patients past, current and ongoing needs. Her medical knowledge and approach to coordinated comprehensive care is refreshing. Scheduling is always timely and I have never felt rushed through an appointment. I applaud VPMC for their proactive medical services and overall patient care. If you are seeking a great local physician with the utmost professionalism you should consider VPMC. This is my sixth year as a patient!

Esra has been my NP for decades. She has always been thorough, professional and caring but she has now exceeded my always stellar regard. I came to see her with questions and worry heavy on my mind but she covered every possible scenario. She put my mind at ease, made me feel heard, did not rush me, and showed she truly cared about my well being.
