VPMC, Dr.Palagiri and her staff are simply amazing. The staff is always very considerate and professional. Dr. Palagiri is attentive, caring and very in tune with her patients past, current and ongoing needs. Her medical knowledge and approach to coordinated comprehensive care is refreshing. Scheduling is always timely and I have never felt rushed through an appointment. I applaud VPMC for their proactive medical services and overall patient care. If you are seeking a great local physician with the utmost professionalism you should consider VPMC. This is my sixth year as a patient!

Esra has been my NP for decades. She has always been thorough, professional and caring but she has now exceeded my always stellar regard. I came to see her with questions and worry heavy on my mind but she covered every possible scenario. Dr. Palagiri and her staff are gracious, helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve been a patient at the Lansdowne office for almost two years, and my experiences have been consistently pleasant. Most recently I had a blood panel drawn at the in-office lab, and the phlebotomist was so skilled and gentle, I couldn’t even feel the needle! I’m very happy to be a patient at VPMC.

Doctors are so caring. All staff really take the time to listen to you and your concerns. You never feel dismissed or rushed. A great practice!
This is the best physician I’ve ever had. They really listen and make you feel heard, and they’re very thorough with every visit. Anytime I’ve had a medical issue, it’s been addressed right away, and I always leave feeling reassured and better. Both the doctor and the physician assistant are great!
