I highly recommend Dr Palagiri to anyone looking for a primary care doctor. She is patient, knowledgeable and takes her time to answer all my questions. Her office is beautiful and her staff always welcoming and helpful.

I had been feeling sick for about a week, which is rare for me as I hardly ever get sick, but it happens. It had been so long since I had last seen a doctor that I no longer had a PCP. I found this office on my Cigna website and it had great reviews so I booked an appointment. They were able to do a tele-health appointment (video call) the next day. I spoke with Kelly Hess and she was quick to listen and slow to speak. That’s hard to find now a days. You know your body better than any doctor and often doctors are prideful and arrogant. They don’t listen to what transpired leading up to your illness and mis-diagnose a corrective plan. Kelly was a fine example of how a doctor or NP should be. Caring, understanding, polite, respectful,, and professional. The 5 stars is for Kelly as she was the only one I would want to speak with from now on. Trust is hard to find in any profession, but once you find it, you stick with it. I’ll be sticking with VPMC from now on!!

I love the office staff and Dr. Paligiri. She spends time with you explaining everything. Feels like family there. They are excellent!

We recently visited to Dr. Palagiri for our medical examination. We found all the staffs were very friendly and cooperative. Reports were also delivered within 3 days.

Our family went to there for our I-693. The location is very convenient. The office is very clean and confortable. The doctor and staff are very nice and professional, and everything was done in time and effectively. We were so glad to choose VPMC.
