Insurance & Weight Loss Services
Office visits for medical weight loss (obesity management) are billed to your insurance as standard medical visits. Most major plans cover physician visits for obesity management when appropriately coded. However, GLP-1 medications (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide) may or may not be covered depending on your specific plan. VPMC also offers affordable compounded GLP-1 medications and cash-pay packages for patients who prefer transparent pricing without insurance. See our Weight Loss Packages & Pricing page for details.
Insurance & Wellness Services
BTL Emsculpt NEO, Emsella, hormone pellet therapy, and IV therapy are wellness services that are typically NOT covered by insurance. These services are available as cash-pay, through our Weight Loss packages, or included in VPMC Membership tiers. Our front desk team will always inform you of any out-of-pocket costs before your appointment.
