• Right concerning Sensitive Data: We will not process sensitive data (such as data revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, mental or physical health diagnosis, sexual orientation, or citizenship or immigration status, or genetic or biometric data for unique identification) without your consent, or, in the case of a known child, without processing such data in accordance with COPPA. Information you provide regarding your health conditions or wellness goals may be considered sensitive data. By submitting such information through our forms, you may be providing consent for us to process it to respond to your inquiry and provide relevant information.
