Our Financial Policy
Virginia Premium Medical Care is committed to providing excellent medical care at a fair cost. We want our financial policies to be clear and straightforward so there are no surprises.
Insurance Billing. We will bill your insurance company for covered services. You are responsible for all copays, deductibles, and coinsurance at the time of service. If your insurance denies a claim, you will be responsible for the balance.
Copays & Deductibles. Copays are due at the time of check-in. If you have a high-deductible plan, payment may be collected at the time of service based on your estimated deductible status.
Self-Pay & Cash-Pay Services. For services not covered by insurance (wellness treatments, compounded medications, weight loss packages), payment is expected at the time of service. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Prepaid packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Wellness Services. Emsculpt NEO, Emsella, hormone pellet therapy, IV therapy, and InBody scans are wellness services not typically covered by insurance. These are billed as cash-pay at published rates.
Outstanding Balances. Balances over 90 days may be subject to collection. We encourage patients to contact our billing team at (571) 206-8696 to discuss payment arrangements if needed.
Online Bill Pay. You can pay your balance online through the Privia Patient Portal at any time.
