Build Your Career Where Medicine Meets Innovation

Virginia Premium Medical Care is growing. We’re a physician-led practice where primary care, obesity medicine, geriatric care, and advanced wellness technology come together under one roof. Our team doesn’t just fill positions — we build careers for people who believe healthcare should be personal, proactive, and deeply human. If that sounds like you, we want to hear from you.

Why Work at VPMC

Physician-Led Culture. VPMC is owned and operated by Dr. Vandana Palagiri, a board-certified internist who practices alongside her team every day. Decisions are made by a clinician, not a corporate office. That means clinical quality is never compromised for throughput.

Integrated Practice Model. Unlike single-specialty clinics, VPMC spans primary care, geriatrics, obesity medicine, wellness technology, and a longevity membership program. You’ll gain exposure to a breadth of clinical and operational areas that most practices can’t offer.

Growth Trajectory. VPMC operates two locations (Lansdowne and Reston) with plans to expand to four locations within 2–3 years. Early team members grow with the practice — there is a real path to leadership for the right people.

Privia Medical Group Affiliation. As part of the Privia network, VPMC team members benefit from Privia’s technology platform, insurance contracting, and operational support infrastructure.

Advanced Technology. Our team works with BTL Emsculpt NEO and Emsella technology, InBody body composition analysis, GLP-1 medication protocols, and bioidentical hormone pellet therapy. You’ll develop skills that are in high demand across healthcare.
