Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that life happens. However, when a patient misses an appointment without notice, that time slot cannot be offered to another patient who needs care. To ensure all patients have access to timely appointments, we maintain the following policy:
Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can cancel by calling (571) 206-8696 or through the patient portal.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-Shows: Patients who do not show for their appointment without prior notice may be charged a no-show fee. Repeated no-shows may result in dismissal from the practice.
Wellness & Package Appointments: Emsculpt NEO, Emsella, and other wellness treatment sessions require 48 hours’ notice for cancellation. Missed sessions within a prepaid package may be forfeited.
