Certified Health Coach
Duke-Trained Health & Well-Being Coach; former Microsoft & Meta
Technology Leader
Languages: English, Telugu, Hindi
Kundana Palagiri is a Duke-trained Health & Well-Being Coach who works with busy, high-performing adults—especially those in midlife who want to feel healthier, stronger, and more in control of their lives. After 25 years as a technology leader at Microsoft and Meta, she understands firsthand the reality of long hours, high pressure, and constantly competing priorities.
Kundana’s coaching helps clients clarify what matters most, set realistic goals, and build habits that fit into demanding lives. She brings structure, clarity, and steady support to the coaching process so that change feels doable, not overwhelming. Her approach combines evidence-based tools with the real-world understanding of someone who has personally navigated the journey from burnout to peak performance.
Her own transformation—from a self-described non-athlete to a marathon runner and Mount Rainier summit climber—shapes how she coaches. She discovered that building one small habit at a time didn’t just change her body; it changed how capable and grounded she felt in every area of life. That experience, combined with her Duke training, is what she brings to every coaching session at VPMC.
As the lead Health Coach for the VPMC Longevity Membership, Kundana works directly with members to translate lab results and clinical data into actionable daily plans. Whether a patient is working toward weight management, metabolic optimization, stress reduction, or longevity goals, her coaching bridges the gap between what the data says and what real life allows.
